Robert Half is partnering with a leading organisation in the transport and operations sector to recruit an organised and proactive HR and Training Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-3 years' experience in HR administration or training coordination to step into a varied, people-focused role supporting sites across London.

The Role
You'll play a key role in ensuring HR processes and training activities run smoothly across the business. Responsibilities will include:

1. Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems

2. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle admin

3. Collecting and validating HR data to support payroll

4. Coordinating internal and external training logistics

5. Managing training records, bookings, and compliance tracking

6. Liaising with training providers and assisting with materials

7. Responding to employee queries and supporting HR procedures

Your Profile
We're looking for someone with:

8. 1-3 years' experience in a HR admin or training coordination role

9. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

11. A professional, discreet approach to sensitive information

12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

13. Experience with HRIS or LMS systems (advantageous)

The Package

14. Salary: C. £30,000 per annum

15. Full-time, permanent position

16. Based across multiple London sites with occasional travel required

17. Standard office hours with some flexibility around training delivery
