We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager or Clinical Manager to join a leading care home group at one of their flagship services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated nurse leader to play a key role in managing clinical operations while ensuring the highest standards of care.

This 47-bed care home has been rated "Good" by the CQC and provides both residential and nursing care on a short or long-term basis. The service offers a homely and inclusive environment, supporting residents to lead fulfilling lives with a variety of activities within the home and the local community.
As the Deputy Nursing Home Manager / Clinical Manager, your key duties will include:
Supporting the Home Manager in the daily running of the home
Leading and mentoring the care team to deliver person-centred care
Acting as the Home Manager in their absence
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements
Overseeing care planning and implementation in line with residents’ individual needs
Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionalsWhat’s on Offer?

Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager or Clinical Lead
A valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
