This successful, scaling tech firm, is looking for a motivated, efficient and confident People and Culture Manager. This is a role that goes beyond traditional HR. The focus is on proactively overseeing and shaping organisational culture, closely monitoring team performance, and enabling managers to get the very best from their teams. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with the Founders to review where the business is today, identify any people or structural changes required, and implement these effectively as the company continues to scale. They are planning to grow from 45 to 150 in the next two to three years so this person will be vital to their scaling. The role will involve but not be limited to: HR foundations: Contracts, onboarding, offboarding, employee handbook, policies — all UK-compliant Performance system: Design annual reviews (January) with quarterly check-ins, tied to company vision and progression Retention: Early warning system through regular check-ins with team leads Culture & comms: Internal communications, cross-cultural alignment, making 45 people in 9 countries feel like one team Recruitment oversight: Guide and instruct our Philippines-based recruiter on the process, job specs, and scheduling Founder support: Free the founders from day-to-day people ops so they can focus on growth. Act as a strategic advisor on people decisions. They are looking for someone CIPD qualified with at least four years experience in this area.
