Who will you be working for?
We collaborate with numerous catering businesses across the Liverpool, Merseyside, Cheshire, and North Wales areas. The settings include care homes, schools, NHS facilities, private healthcare, local businesses, offices, and events.
Work is allocated based on your preferred times, availability, and the environments you thrive in. Ideally, you will have your own transport, which allows access to 100% of shifts; however, most sites are reachable by public transport.
What are the requirements?
* At least 2 years of chef experience in the UK
* Level 2 qualification in catering or cooking
* Strong understanding of kitchen management
* Ability to work alongside staff in a fast-paced environment
* A passion for bringing food to life as part of a catering team
You should be happy to work weekdays or weekends—whatever suits you best.
How do we work with you?
* You inform us weekly of your available days and hours, as shifts are flexible.
* Shifts are added to an online scheduler, or we can send details directly to you or call you.
* You select the bookings you prefer, and all details are sent to you.
* You will have a dedicated, supportive consultant who is just a call away.
* They will ensure you receive weekly work and find settings that match your preferences.
* You are paid weekly on Fridays.

Compensation and other details
Pay ranges from £18 to £22 per hour, depending on the business and budget. Weekend shifts may be enhanced at some sites.
What we need from you
* Availability of at least 2-3 days per week, or full availability if preferred
* Flexibility to explore new areas and locations for career growth
* A desire for new challenges in various settings
* Ability to manage kitchens and staff, and cook excellent food
* Motivation to earn well
You choose the hours that suit your family and lifestyle. Typical hours include 7-2, 8-3, 9.5-5, or 11-7, but these can vary.
Location options include Liverpool, Wirral, Merseyside, and Cheshire. The role requires a chef qualification and a DBS (we will contribute half the cost). Immediate start available if you already have a DBS.
