Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for administration tasks? Are you looking to use your skill set in a rewarding work environment with a welcoming and specialised support team at Worcester branch? Come and join the Agincare family as a Temporary Admin Coordinator. Where you'll be working Stourport On Severn Branch Care Quality Commission rating - Contact: Agincare Worcester - Care Quality Commission. As an Agincare employee you'll enjoy £26.500 per year, 9 Month Temp Contract, Refer a friend scheme up to £1000.

Responsibilities

* Support the Registered Manager in all aspects of staff and client paperwork, including care plan assessments, client funding information and recruitment paperwork.
* Handle incoming communications and support with auditing.
* Cover care calls in emergencies and be part of the on-call rota.


Qualifications

* A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
* Previous experience in an administrative function, ideally in the Health & Social Care industry
* Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
* High IT competency
