Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage and run your own caseload with minimal supervision.
* Prepare legal documents related to conveyancing transactions.
* Conduct research and provide legal advice on property and conveyancing matters.
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes.
* Handle correspondence and phone calls, providing timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and firm requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
* Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and property law.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office.
