GSL Education are looking for a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming school in Gainsborough, where you will support teaching, guide learning, and help pupils reach their full potential.
Responsibilities as HLTA:
* Supporting teachers with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
* Stepping in to lead whole-class sessions when required.
* Offering personalised support to individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEN.
* Observing, recording, and sharing pupil progress with teaching staff.
* Contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and positive school environment.
Requirements for the HLTA role:
* HLTA status or relevant experience supporting teaching and learning at a higher level is desirable.
* EYFS – KS2 experience required.
* ECTs welcome to apply.
* Strong behaviour management and lesson delivery skills.
* Ability to support a broad range of curriculum areas.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A full CV covering the last 10 years, with all gaps explained.
