The opportunity

A rare and exciting part-time opportunity has opened up at AJW Group! We are seeking a resilient and highly organised Senior Administrator to step into the role of Assistant to the Chairman's PA. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Chairman's PA, providing critical support in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. If you're looking for a part-time role where your skills will make a real impact, this could be the perfect fit. You'll play a key role in ensuring the Chairman's day-to-day operations run smoothly, balancing priorities and handling tasks with discretion and professionalism. This is a part time role, we are open to what hours will be worked.


Responsibilities

* Manage complex diaries, schedules, and invitations with accuracy and foresight
* Coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless arrangements
* Draft and review correspondence, prepare detailed meeting materials, and take clear minutes
* Organise events, venues, and logistics, often at short notice
* Build strong working relationships across internal teams, household staff, and external contacts
* Provide flexible assistance with ad hoc tasks, errands, and occasional out-of-hours needs


Qualifications

* Exceptional organisation and calendar management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
* Professional, flexible, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills
* Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
