We are seeking a confident, reliable, and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a team and support teaching and learning in the absence of class teachers. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Cover Supervisor:
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to classes across various subjects.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Support students in staying on task and engaging with learning activities.
* Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour.
Ideal Cover Supervisor:
* Strong communication and classroom management skills as a Cover Supervisor
* Ability to adapt quickly and work across different year groups and subjects.
* Previous school experience desirable but not essential – full training provided.
* Must be able to drive.
* At least 6 months experience as a Cover Supervisor.
