The Role
The scope of the role of Housekeeping Room Attendant is to clean and present hotel suites and bedrooms to exceptional 5 star standards in readiness for new arrivals, and to maintain cleanliness and amenities for in house guests throughout their stay.
Key Things You Will Be Responsible For
* Make beds, change sheets, remove used linen and replenish toiletries
* Clean Toilet
* Dust and polish fixtures, mirrors tables, desks, headboards, window sills
* Replenish refreshment tray
* Vacuum carpet and mop floor
* Removal of rubbish and recycling
* Stock up trolley and prepare for next day
* Privacy and security of guest rooms
* Provide information and direction, and answer guest queries
* Report in room damage and maintenance issues
* Securely handle lost property
* Tidy and clean staircases and corridors
* Seasonal deep cleaning and general assistance across all areas of housekeeping when required.

To Be Eligible To Apply You Will Also Need
* Customer service and housekeeping experience an advantage
* Great interpersonal skills
* Thoroughness, with keen attention to detail
* Good communication skills
