Tudor Merchant’s House is a narrow town house which was once lived in by a local merchant in Tenby. The Tudor Merchant’s house is typical of the type of prosperous merchant’s house which sprang up when Tenby was a thriving port in the late Middle Ages. The house is laid out as a wealthy merchant may have lived with his family. Day to day, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and preparing the house for visitors. You will deliver a great all-round customer experience. Welcoming visitors at admission, scanning membership cards and taking payments. You will also guide visitors around and provide history on the house and Tenby, making sure they have an enjoyable time and safe visit. Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide.
