We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Southend-on-Sea and the surrounding areas. This role is perfect for individuals who are looking for flexible or long-term teaching opportunities, and who are passionate about education.
You'll play a vital role in maintaining continuity in the classroom, delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing pupil behaviour, and creating a positive learning environment when regular teachers are absent.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver set lessons confidently across a range of subjects and year groups
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and professionally
Inspire, motivate, and engage pupils in the absence of the class teacher
Adapt to different school environments and student needs
Report back to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour
Requirements:
A degree (essential)
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Passion for teaching and inspiring young people
Fully adaptable and confident across different subjects and school settings
Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable)
A valid DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in the UK
