About the Role As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a hygienic and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients such as chopping, cutting, and marinating as per recipes. Measure and mix ingredients following standardized recipes and specifications. Ensure all dishes meet the company’s quality standards. Cooking and Plating: Cook dishes, monitoring quality and consistency. Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, ovens, fryers, and blenders, safely and efficiently. Plate and garnish dishes to ensure visual appeal. Kitchen Hygiene and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Store ingredients and prepared dishes properly to avoid contamination. Adaptability: Adjust to menu changes or ingredient substitutions quickly. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
