They are currently looking for a skilled Techincal Programme Manager to join their team for a five-month contract. Job Responsibilities/Objectives You will be responsible for leader with deep technical expertise, particularly in Workday (WD), ServiceNow (SNOW), and ideally Microsoft technologies (e.g., M365, Azure, Teams). You'll be comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels-driving planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement across complex programmes. Programme Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of the Digital Workplace programme across HR and the Bank, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Technical Oversight: Provide expert guidance on integration and optimisation of Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft platforms. Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and business units to ensure buy-in, alignment, and effective communication. Planning & Execution: Develop and manage detailed programme plans, RAID logs, and governance structures. Be hands-on with delivery tracking and issue resolution. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including internal staff, vendors, and consultants. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. Change Management: Partner with HR and Communications to drive adoption and change readiness across the organisation. Risk & Compliance: Ensure all programme activities adhere to regulatory and security standards relevant to the financial services sector. Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: Proven experience as a Technical Programme Manager in financial services or a similarly regulated industry. Strong knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, and ideally Microsoft technologies (e.g., M365, Azure, Power Platform). Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital transformation programmes. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in both agile and waterfall environments. Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work hands-on with plans, tools, and delivery artefacts.
