Job Description
The Role
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to operate and maintain CNC and manual machines to produce high-precision parts and components. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of parts, troubleshooting machinery issues, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate CNC and manual machines (core duties would be Milling machine and Mecal Machining Centre.) according to technical drawings and specifications.
* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
* Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure quality and efficiency.
* Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools.
* Inspect parts for quality control, ensuring that all parts meet the required tolerances.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any machine or tooling issues.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
* Collaborate with engineers and production team members to optimize processes and improve workflow.
Key Skills / Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a machinist with proficiency in CNC and manual machine operation.
