Service Advisor – Cambridge
£33,000 Basic | Monday – Friday | 7:45am – 5:30pm
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run independent garage in Cambridge who are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.

The role:
4. Acting as the first point of contact for customers
5. Booking vehicles in for service and repair
6. Keeping customers updated on progress and costs
7. Liaising with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
About you
8. Previous Service Advisor experience (motor trade preferred)
9. Strong customer service and communication skills
10. Well-organised and able to manage a busy workload
11. A team player with a positive attitude
