Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you will manage a caseload of sale and purchase transactions in the early stages, ensuring cases are passed to the legal team promptly with all necessary information.
You will follow up on various documentation required from clients and third parties, handle a range of queries via phone and email, and provide the highest level of service and support.
The role involves working closely with estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders to keep updated on progress and confirm required details and information.
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience, ideally within a regulated environment, though sector experience is flexible.
Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering excellent client experiences.
Ability to work in a busy environment, meeting targets and deadlines.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
An excellent team player.
