Job Description
3. Dispense prescription medicines accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
4. Provide expert advice to customers on over the counter medications and general health concerns.
5. Ensure the pharmacy operates in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
6. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, prescriptions, and patient interactions.
7. Lead and support the pharmacy team to deliver excellent customer service.
8. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide integrated care solutions.
9. Oversee stock management, including ordering and proper storage of medicines.
10. Promote healthcare services offered within the retail environment.
11. Deliver services like NMS, flu vaccinations, BP checks, diabetes screening and more.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Pharmacist should have:
12. A recognised degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
13. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and practices.
14. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
15. The ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
16. A focus on maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
