Role Description
The Ambassador & Creator Partnerships Manager (Contract) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. In this position, you will establish and nurture relationships with brand ambassadors and content creators to amplify Charava®’s visibility and engagement. Core responsibilities include identifying and onboarding creators, coordinating collaboration campaigns, tracking performance and impact metrics, and maintaining effective communication with partners to align with the brand's vision. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive impactful partnerships and optimize the brand’s presence and growth.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in influencer marketing, partnership management, and ambassador programs
* Strong skills in communication, relationship building, and negotiation
* Experience with social media platforms, analytics, and content marketing
* Proficiency in project management and organizational tools
* Ability to analyze performance metrics and suggest actionable strategies
* A keen understanding of brand alignment and a creative mindset
* Experience in the health, wellness, or supplements sectors is an advantage
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
