ClearCourse is continuing to grow its portfolio of innovative SaaS businesses, and we’re looking for a detail-focused Operations Administrator to support our GOb2b team.
This is a part-time, hybrid role ideal for someone highly organised and proactive, who enjoys supporting both operational delivery and customer-facing teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects, onboarding, and account management activities run smoothly while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
What you’ll do
1. Provide administrative support across the Operations and Development team
2. Support delivery of new projects, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
3. Work closely with Customer Success and Onboarding Leads on account activities
4. Assist with onboarding and ongoing account management tasks
5. Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation
6. Help ensure a consistently high level of customer experience
7. Support initiatives focused on revenue growth and customer retention
