3. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes to aid effective decision-making.
5. Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis against budgets.
6. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
7. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
8. Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and advice.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. Experience within a similar role.
12. Experience working within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry is advantageous.
13. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
14. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
15. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
