Salary : MPS/UPS Contract : Permanent, Full-time (with the possibility of 0.8 FTE) Start Date : 1st September 2026 Key Responsibilities Deliver effective, well-prepared lessons to students of all abilities. Maintain detailed records of attainment, provide regular feedback, and produce insightful progress reports. Work closely with the Trust Lead and Assistant Headteacher to develop innovative schemes of work. Lead a tutor group and contribute to the school’s PSHE/RSE and careers programmes, ensuring the well-being and safety of all pupils. Engage in professional development and performance management to refine your craft. About You We are looking for a candidate who possesses: A good honours degree in Geography (or a related subject). Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). A clear philosophy on Geography education and a deep understanding of curriculum developments. The ability to use ICT and data effectively to enhance learning and raise standards. Personal Qualities: Reliability, integrity, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
