At Busy Bees Heworth,
you’ll lead a vibrant nursery
rated “Good” by
Ofsted, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere for up to 45 children.
Set in a charming redbrick building with cosy learning rooms and a
secure outdoor playground, our nursery is the perfect environment

As Our Nursery Manager, You Will
* Champion the
Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Inspire
your team to deliver high-quality care and
education
* Build strong partnerships with
families and the local community
* Lead daily
operations with confidence and
compassion
Requirements
* Minimum Level 3
qualification in Early Years/Childcare
* At least
2 years’ experience in a leadership role within an early years
setting
* Strong understanding of EYFS and
safeguarding best practices

Required Qualifications: About
you:
* We are looking for a passionate and
ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the
highest standards of childcare and early years
education.
* You will be
resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability
and excellent communication skills.You will have strong organisational skills
with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your
workload effectively.
Qualifications and
Experience:
* NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare,
or NVQ Level 3.
* Experience
as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.Strong leadership, organisational, and
communication skills.
* A
focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early
education.
