We are seeking a dedicated female Support Worker / Homecare Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care for an elderly gentleman in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in elderly care, personal care, and Peg Management to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and companionship tailored to the individual’s needs
* Support emotional wellbeing and daily routines
* Assist with household tasks and Peg Management
* Ensure safe mobility and encourage engagement in activities
Who We’re Looking For
* Female applicants only (required for personal care, Schedule 9, Part 1, Equality Act 2010)
* Must be a car driver with access to reliable transport
* Empathetic, patient, and reliable
* Previous experience in elderly care, homecare, or Peg Management is preferred
