Required skills and experience: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Good IT literacy skills (Microsoft) Liaising with staff from all levels & time management skills Excellent management of your own and others’ time Ability to relate to all stakeholders and communicate effectively Attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Ability to work autonomously Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY The Training Coordinator role is administration based and supports the wider electrical sales community, providing upfront administrative support with CompEx and training with our customers but to drive & increase new sales. It is concerned with the execution of sales to operations booking in process and quality control of sales documentation in line with business requirements. It will also be focused around holistic support for the Sales Support and Process Manager / CompEx Manager for wider business administrative requests. Key activities: Receiving phone calls / E-mails from prospective customers / delegates Meet & greet customers / visitors Professional communication with customers and making Intertek the number 1 for CompEx training Creating delegate folders and ensuring all required information is received to assist the booking in process Checking delegates with a photo ID to confirm they are correct on arrival for the course Registering delegates with their Unique Learning Number on the CompEx system Relationship building with both trainers & assessors to help support them whilst delivering training Getting keycodes for examinations from the CompEx system Invigilating exams Preparing classrooms in assisting set up prior to courses commencing General tidiness of the delegate break out area, assisting with lunch and replenishing of refreshments Efficient and swift completion of tasks assigned to support the business Sales to operations booking in process – updating Monday.com Maintenance of sales quality control on all documentation ongoing and feed back into Sales Support and Process Manager Issuing results & Certificates to delegates Co-Ordinating the Re-Sit’s for delegates Completion of recording Net Promoter Scores so the overall traction can be increased WHAT WE OFFER Join Intertek and become part of our global network of inspiring and entrepreneurial colleagues.
