Role Overview
As a Support Worker you will:
* Personal Care Champion: support children and young people with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing and meals whilst encouraging their independence.
* Activity Enthusiast: plan and take part in fun activities such as crafts, games and sports to encourage teamwork and new skills.
* Health and Wellness Guardian: monitor their health and well-being, ensuring they stay happy, healthy and emotionally supported.
* Collaborate with the team to create personalised care plans, enabling a safe and nurturing environment for all.

Shifts
* Working weekends are essential
* Term time: weekdays 7am‑11am, 1:45pm‑9:15pm
* School holidays & weekends: 7am‑2:30pm OR 2:00pm‑9:30pm
