What will you do?
* Adhere to Delaware North policies in purchasing activities, ensuring a consistent approach and reducing potential risk to the company
* Collaborate with the procurement team on the pay procurement system, and ensure accurate purchasing and system data source information
* Manage the administration of day-to-day ordering, receiving, and distributing stock within the department, as well as assist with invoicing and reporting
* Review open purchase orders, escalating any necessary issues
* Ensure the operation is in accordance with current company and legal practice, management, and measurement of all areas of responsibility
More About You
* 1+ years' experience
* Excellent systems and Excel skills with the ability to make complex pivot tables
* Skills in accuracy, organisation, and communication
* Ability to be self-motivated, a positive team player, and work well under pressure
