A Typical Day in the Job: Utilising troubleshooting tools to monitor network maintenance, configure software platforms and install/configure hardware Deploying security policies across devices using SCCM, particularly in school environment Installing hardware or software according to customer-defined requirements or existing infrastructure needs Managing password policies and resets for new users, with a focus on school clients Communicating with clients via email, telephone, WhatsApp and face to face interactions Testing all installed hardware, software and cabling, using power testers, command line tools, advanced IP and event viewer Setting up multiple devices (machines, iPads, printers, laptops) for students and teachers in school environments, configuring them according to user needs Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
