We're looking for an Alumni Relations Manager to lead the development and delivery of a long-term alumni engagement strategy.
1. You’ll be responsible for all alumni communications, events, and database management
2. A focus on improving data quality and engagement
3. You’ll plan and deliver a year-round calendar of alumni events and create engaging digital and print content to build a strong, connected alumni community
4. Collaborating with departments across Hartpury, you’ll help integrate alumni into key student experiences and mentoring opportunities
This is a pivotal role in strengthening alumni relationships, showcasing success stories, and promoting the lifelong benefits of staying connected with Hartpury.
About You
5. You will bring experience in alumni relations or stakeholder engagement, with strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
6. You’re confident using CRM systems and managing data in line with GDPR best practices.
7. You will be proactive and collaborative, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences—from graduates and students to academic staff.
8. Your strategic mindset and attention to detail will support the growth of an active and supportive alumni network.
