Sales Development Representative (SDR) Full-time | Office-based | £30,000 - £35,000 Uncapped Bonus Think this is just about booking demos? Think again. This isn’t a box-ticking SDR role. No endless calendar-filling to hit vanity metrics. No handing over half-baked leads and walking away. Here, you’ll own the top of the funnel. You’ll be the first commercial voice prospects hear - and one of the most important in shaping real revenue outcomes. We’re working with a scaling SaaS company with a complex product and a highly targeted ICP. Which means we need someone who’s strategic, structured, and relentless in the right ways. What you’ll actually be doing: Sourcing and qualifying leads across the UK - outbound calls makes up 70% of your focus (you can reasonable expect to do c150 a day initially) Managing campaign follow-up and converting marketing activity into sales pipeline Booking demos that matter - and handing them over with enough insight to help Sales close Keeping CRM data squeaky clean, from first contact to demo booked You’ll work closely with the Marketing team and Sales Execs. But you won’t wait for leads to land in your lap. You’ll find them. Engage them. And help us move them through the funnel with confidence. What we’re looking for: A self-starter who doesn’t need chasing or micromanaging Someone who sees “no” as a step closer to “yes” Experience in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, or a sales-adjacent role Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced sales environment Resilient, proactive, and hungry to prove your influence on actual revenue Structured to reward the right things: Activity discipline (not just volume for volume’s sake) Demos booked and accepted by Sales Quality of handover and conversion rates Closed revenue influence from leads you sourced And if you’re good?
