Job description
Reporting to the UK Marketing Manager, you will execute brand strategies that significantly grow household penetration. You will be the face of the brand, managing our communication, our online community and helping us build a brand that consumers love. This includes delivering engaging content and building communities to reach new consumers.

1. Manage and review the social schedule for optimum engagement and brand relevancy in collaboration with the Digital Exec.
2. Identify influencers that will be brand advocates and work with them to deliver content that is relevant and engaging.
3. Support the Marketing Manager in executing the nakd. brand plans.
4. Attend and cascade brand plans to retailers as required throughout the year.
5. Work with the cross functional teams to understand retailer specific strategies and see how nakd. can tap into these.
6. Continually analyse portfolio performance and keep the brand proposition ahead of the competition, ensuring the optimum range on the shelf in channel, incl. formats and sub ranges
7. Deliver yearly NPD with detailed go to market plans including sell ins and comms launch plans, working alongside Global, sales and category
8. Lead and implement best in class consumer activation plans and events with clear evaluation

Profile
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Brand Manager, who wants to join our fast-paced team and make a real difference. As UK Brand Manager for nakd., you will be a key member of our team driving brand awareness & penetration, building strong relationships with our consumers and ensuring that our products reach as many consumers as possible.
Knowledge & Experience
9. Education to degree level
10. Min 4 years relevant Marketing experience in an FMCG business
11. Experience working in a brand team, where you have managed through the line campaigns.
12. Experience of Owned Media Content development and working with influencers
13. Strong project management skills including working cross-functionally
14. A good understanding of advertising agencies and the ability to plan, measure and execute marketing campaigns and strategies
15. Drawing out insights from data and transforming into actions
16. Experience working with a Global Brands team or central marketing team.
