Our client, a national manufacturing company, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, positive and flexible Data Entry Clerk to update and maintain information on their company databases and computer systems. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, responsibilities will include. Data entry for parcels shipping on to couriers portals for daily shipping orders. Entering client's data into the central database Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output Transferring physical records into a digital filing system Retrieving data as requested Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations As a successful candidate ideally, you will have previous experience of working in an administration with an attention to detail, possess a can-do attitude towards work and good interpersonal skills. Experience with a CRM system or data base would be beneficial but not essential as full training can be given.
