The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role involves providing support and encouragement, following the direction of the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will need to maintain accurate records as per service requirements and may be required to administer personal care and medication.
Sleep-in sessions are part of the role, with an additional payment of £60 per sleep-in.
The organisation operates Supported Living services in Conwy, Denbighshire, and Wrexham, offering person-centred, responsive support in individuals' own homes.
Support is available 24/7. Staff collaborate with local GPs, psychologists, psychiatrists, speech and language therapists, and community/learning disability nurses to tailor support.
Each person has their own decorated bedroom, and the services promote homely, welcoming environments.
