Sales Advisor – InMotion – Gatwick South
Contract Type: Permanent
Working hours: 30 hours per week, any 5 out of 7 days including weekends. Hours offered between 4am and 10pm.

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer service, work independently or as part of a team to maintain store standards, and share product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction. We want our customers and colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
Airport Requirements:
* Five years of continuous references—employment or education—to gain an airport pass, with no gaps.
* Criminal Records Bureau Check—conducted by WHSmith if your application is successful.
* Photographic ID, such as a passport or UK Driving Licence.
Role Responsibilities:
* Contribute to a high-performing team, driving sales, commerciality, and service standards.
* Maintain great product knowledge to recommend and sell products and services.
* Ensure store presentation, product availability, and cleanliness meet marketplace standards.
* Work collaboratively with team members to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet challenges.
Preferred Skills and Qualities:
* Experience in retail sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of KPIs such as ATV.
* Excellent communication and listening skills to understand customer needs and assist with product choices.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences with strong product knowledge.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to support team efforts and uphold store standards, safety, and legality.
