Here at Kingston College, we are now seeking a Senior Facilities Officer to assist the Facilities Management Team to maintain an attractive, safe, clean and welcoming College as well as a calm purposeful learning environment.
You'll be the single point of contact for all requests for repairs, faults, and other maintenance requests from staff, ensuring that all faults are logged on the College helpdesk system. Undertaking weekly inspections of the building and reporting defects to the Facilities Manager, you'll be experienced in working with and overseeing contractors and be able to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
With working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and procedures, you'll be able to identify and implement improvements in existing procedures and systems. We're looking for someone who has experience within the facilities industry and can work alongside and deputise for the Facilities Manager as and when required.
