Job Role: System Analyst - Workday Finance

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The purpose of this role is:
The Workday finance administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support for Workday finance and Adaptive Planning, including responding to tickets raised from Finance and P2P teams via Easyvista.
You will build relationships with finance and non-finance colleagues to understand and resolve their queries related to the Workday system.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with Workday (or other ERP systems) and eager to deepen their knowledge of Workday.
You will be a member of the Workday competence centre team, providing post go-live support and enhancements to the Workday solutions, supporting and expanding our Workday deployment.
Key Accountabilities
* Manage and optimise the Workday finance system across the business.
* Support Workday finance users with daily operations.
* Document system configurations, processes, and integrations.
* Maintain and administer the Workday finance system.
* Support configuration changes and review new system features.
* Provide technical and functional support for finance processes.
* Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to meet their requirements.
* Create documentation to facilitate system changes adoption.
Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, computer science, or related field.
* Experience with Workday administration, configuration, and optimization (certification preferred).
* Knowledge of Workday/ERP project processes.
* Understanding of financial systems and business processes.
* At least 2 years of experience working with Workday systems.
* Experience in a Workday finance support role.
* Experience with international organizations.
* Understanding of data security principles and security implementation in Workday.
* Technical background across multiple technologies.
* Experience in finance and IT functions.
* Knowledge of the property sector is a plus.
