The Opportunity As an Indirect Procurement Specialist, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of sourcing and category management activities while partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions and regions. You'll be instrumental in driving procurement maturity, consolidating supplier relationships, delivering savings, and embedding consistent procurement governance across a newly integrated global organisation. What You'll Be Doing Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across multiple indirect spend categories Develop and execute category strategies that deliver commercial value and operational efficiency Drive supplier rationalisation, cost optimisation, and procurement transformation initiatives Partner with senior stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies and procurement decisions Lead commercial negotiations and support complex contract discussions Ensure robust supplier governance, risk management, and compliance processes Champion sustainable and responsible procurement practices Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, systems, and ways of working Help design and embed a centralised global procurement model during a significant integration programme What We're Looking For You are a commercially minded Indirect Procurement Specialist who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys building relationships across complex organisations. You'll bring: Strong experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing Proven success managing multiple categories and procurement projects simultaneously Excellent commercial and contractual negotiation skills The ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels Experience driving procurement best practice, governance, and process improvement A collaborative mindset with the confidence to operate independently Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Experience within professional services, corporate environments, facilities management, workplace services, or other complex indirect procurement categories would be advantageous.
