Regional Human Resources Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to support a well-established care group across multiple sites. This role is ideal for a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and enjoys driving engagement, performance and people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with Regional and Home Managers to deliver the people strategy across multiple care homes.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organisational development.
* Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.
* Support senior leadership in building a high-performance culture aligned with organisational values.
* Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and best practice.
* Work with the wider People Team to deliver a true generalist HR role to your region.
* Project manage new initiatives into the business, alongside support with future acquisitions.
* Understand the unique challenges of the care sector; experience in the care sector is an advantage but not essential.
About You:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a multi-site environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.
* Experience in the health, social care, or related sectors is advantageous but not essential.
