Responsibilities
* Provide clear, approachable and values-driven leadership to your team
* Establish objectives and performance standards aligned with the firm’s overall strategy
* Be accountable for departmental fee income, financial performance and profitability
* Lead operational enhancements and oversee change initiatives
* Uphold and continually improve standards of client care
* Deliver strategic business projects and support the firm’s ongoing growth
* Produce regular management information and performance reporting
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and estate agents
Skills / Qualifications
* Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
* Demonstrable experience in leading and managing teams
* Strong commercial awareness with a sound understanding of business performance
* A genuine interest in mentoring, developing people and building high-performing teams
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Drive and ambition to support strategic development and continuous improvement
