£28.87/hr + 25 days paid holiday per year (£4.07/hr) + NHS Professionals pays for your Employer's NI (~£5.62) ==> £38.56/hr

37.5 hours per week

Hybrid working: 2 days from home / 3 days per week on site at Lister Hospital SG1 4AJ

Expected duration is 6 months (with a good possibility of becoming permanent)

We are seeking 3 experienced NHS Product Managers (essentially people that have a good understanding of clinical and operational workflows) to support the requirements that a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system needs to meet

You will work closely with clinical and operational teams to understand current workflows, gather requirements, design future-state processes and ensure the Electronic Patient Records solution supports the needs of services across the Trust

Experience & Skills

• Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows within NHS organisation
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skill
• Experience gathering requirements
• Ability to translate user needs into system and process change
• Comfortable working with clinicians, managers, technical teams and external suppliers
• Strong communication, presentation and documentation skill
