What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Belfast team, working closely with our senior consultants who operate across international construction markets. This is a pivotal delivery role, responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying high-calibre construction professionals.
The purpose of this role is to strengthen our candidate pipelines across key regions while ensuring a high-quality, professional candidate experience. You will support live mandates by sourcing senior Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers and Construction leaders, conducting screening calls and maintaining structured CRM records.
This position suits someone who is organised, commercially aware and confident speaking with professionals at all levels. If you enjoy research, relationship building and working within a target-driven environment, this role will give you strong foundations within executive construction recruitment.

Responsibilities
* Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and our internal CRM
* Conduct candidate screening calls and qualification interviews
* Build and maintain structured talent pools across key international regions
* Support consultants with shortlisting and CV preparation
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records
* Track pipelines and manage candidate follow-ups
* Assist with job advert posting and market mapping projects
* Contribute to weekly delivery targets and performance metrics
Criteria for the Role
* Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition preferred
* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working towards KPIs and performance targets
* Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or CRM systems advantageous
* Ambitious, resilient and commercially minded
