Bid Coordinator - Kent - 25k - 30k Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Facilities Management sectors.
Role Summary
This is a vital role in our business development function, responsible for managing the pre-qualification process (PQQ), supporting tender submissions, and contributing to the development of compelling, high-quality bid documentation. You'll play a key part in identifying new opportunities, maintaining internal systems, and ensuring timely and professional communication both internally and with potential clients .
* Previous experience in a bid or proposals role is desirable
* strong organisation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude
* Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
