We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as necessary.
* Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning requirements and address any concerns.
* Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and professional at all times.
Skills
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
* Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
* Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with clients and colleagues.
