Streetworks & Office Administrator
As our Streetworks & Office Administrator you will work with the team to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, (NRSWA). This is a rewarding role, aiding projects day to day and playing a key role in supporting the Southern Region to deliver its portfolio of works based in Tyttenhangar Park.
Interim permitting and allocating

~ Update Project Coordinator on job status


Opening, Coordinating and Closing of Streetworks alongside the Planning team
Parking suspensions, Bus Stop suspensions, Road Closures etc
Support the project teams with planning related responsibilities associated with the management of their contracts and reporting requirements
Respond to Highway Authority comments and modification requests
Participate and support the project teams in project and programme planning and progress meetings
Identify and maintain programme and schedule interface activities relating to NRSWA and the project
All other duties necessary for the successful completion of a project alongside the Project team
Assist with daily tasks in the office, receiving deliveries, managing collections, ensuring stationery supplies are maintained.
Monthly commercial and project review of schemes
Contract milestones are achieved
Subcontractors and suppliers
Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of packages
The appropriate candidate must be assertive and confident when liaising with Project Managers, Local Authorities and other stakeholders
