Nursery Practitioner - High Wycombe Location: High Wycombe Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualification) Contract: Full-time, permanent We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a newly opened nursery in High Wycombe for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new setting at an exciting stage of growth, helping to shape a warm, nurturing, and high-quality early years environment for children to thrive. The nursery operates with extended hours to support working families, opening from 6:30am to 7:00pm, and is seeking committed practitioners who are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional care and education. Key Duties: Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework Support children's learning and development through engaging activities and play Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding procedures are always followed Contribute to the development of a positive team culture within a newly established nursery Requirements: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education - essential (higher salary band for those with Level 3) A genuine passion for working with young children Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices Ability to work within the nursery's opening hours (6:30am - 7:00pm on a rota basis, you will usually begin around 7am/8am) Good communication and teamwork skills This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Nursery Practitioner who is excited to be part of a new setting and make a real impact from the beginning.
