🎯 The Core Objective: Convert Warm Leads
You will be instrumental in converting warm leads through to sale by building powerful, multi-touchpoint marketing automations. Your work will directly support our sales team, educating prospects and influencing key sales KPIs.
🛠️ What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
* Designing nurture sequences from scratch.
* Continuously testing and improving sequences (e.g., subject lines, CTAs, timing).
* Analyzing the database and creating new, relevant audience segments.
* Translating strategic business and sales goals (especially within the financial/payments sector) into successful, day-to-day tactical execution.
* You will be expected to pull your own reports and analyze the performance of your nurtures.
💡 What You'll Bring (Must-Haves & Candidate Profile)
We are looking for a commercially minded candidate who demonstrates:
Proven Hands-on Proficiency (Mandatory): Demonstrable, full ownership and hands-on experience in at least one of the following core performance marketing channels:
* Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
* Affiliate Marketing
* Digital Display Advertising
* Paid Social Ads
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign funnels.
* Strategic Mindset: The ability to effectively translate strategy into tactical execution.
* Agility: A willingness to operate in a fluid role and take on new challenges as the business area evolves.
Tech Stack: Knowledge of SalesForce and SFMC is extremely helpful. Desirable: Experience with AI Optimisation within digital advertising platforms. Ideal: Experience in Financial Services.
