The Role
* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes
* Monitor costs and help improve profitability
* Analyse financial performance and explain variances
* Assist with month-end, year-end close and audit preparation
* Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance
* Help improve systems, processes, and reporting efficiency
* Assist the financial controller with any duties as required
The Person
* Proven experience working as a management accountant for 2-5 years +
* Part CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or studying to become fully qualified
* Experience within the manufacturing business would be an advantage
* Software: SAGE 50, strong MS Excel skills
