Junior Product Designer
Location: Melton (Hybrid). Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:30. Salary: Up to £25,000.
We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to support the Product Design Manager and wider Product team on a variety of digital UI and instructional design tasks.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Product Design Manager to execute high‑quality UI designs for our digital products.
* Support in translating user requirements and concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
* Assist in the handover of designs to developers, providing necessary assets and specifications.
* Create and manage product imagery to support creation of other materials.
* Support the creation of compelling e‑learning course content, including slide decks, PDF resources, and interactive learning elements.
* Assist in the design and maintenance of the e‑learning platform and Academy website.
Skills Required
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proactive, independent working style.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
* Desire to learn and grow as a designer.
* Some experience and/or understanding of design software (ideally Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
* A working knowledge of WordPress.
* Document/Presentation creation in Google Workspace.
* Desire to keep up‑to‑date with graphics, digital design, and digital trends.
