The Role
As a Sales Administrator you support the VP of Sales and the wider commercial team to ensure smooth, efficient day‑to‑day operations across a global sales function. Duties include coordinating meetings, preparing presentations and reports, maintaining CRM accuracy, managing travel and expenses, and supporting events and trade shows. You’ll also assist with SOP development, project tracking, and the implementation of new tools and processes, acting as a key coordination point across stakeholders. This role helps drive consistency, improve ways of working, and ensures the commercial function operates with structure, clarity, and efficiency.
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience in a Sales Administrator, Commercial Coordinator, or Business Support role supporting senior stakeholders
* Background in a sales or commercial environment preferred
* Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience coordinating meetings, projects and events
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑led approach

Location & Work Pattern
This role is based in Macclesfield, United Kingdom, operating on a hybrid working model with occasional travel required.
