Childcare Solicitor, 3-5 Years PQE, Bedford, £Competitive (DOE) – A new role has arisen for a Childcare Solicitor to join a busy team in Bedford. JOB REF: 4217.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Applications are sought from Childcare Solicitors with between 3-5 Years PQE.
* You will manage your own caseload of public and private children matters, handling cases from initial instruction through to conclusion with minimal supervision.
* You will be responsible for a varied childcare caseload to include Care Proceedings, Interim Care Orders, Emergency Protection Orders, Special Guardianship Orders and Adoption Matters.
* You will have strong advocacy skills.
* Children Panel Accreditation (essential).
* Significant experience across public and private children matters.
* It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
